Ahmed Helmy is a trance producer and DJ from Alexandria, Egypt, who emerged in the electronic music scene with a focus on uplifting and progressive trance. Beginning his career in trance music production at an early age, Helmy developed his skills over several years before establishing himself as a recognized artist within the global trance community. His music has been supported by leading figures in trance and featured across major festivals and radio shows worldwide. Helmy was selected by Armin van Buuren to serve as the official remixer of the classic track "Full Focus," and was notably recognized on A State of Trance episodes ASOT 839 and ASOT 848 as one of the rising stars in trance.
Helmy's career gained significant momentum with the 2023 collaboration with Armin van Buuren on "Rhythm Inside," released on Armada Music. He has established his signature sound concept called "R4VE," characterized by infectious rhythms and pulsating beats, launching the "R4VE Series" beginning with "R4VE 101" on Armind (Armada). Beyond his production work, Helmy founded the independent label Futurising Music, which released tracks including "Aftermath" and "The King's Series." His releases have appeared on major imprints including Blackhole Recordings, RazNitzan Music, AVA Recordings, and Suanda Music.
