Scott Bond is a British trance DJ, producer, and promoter based in Sheffield who began his career in 1989. He established himself at legendary UK venues including Cream, Miss Moneypenny's, and Fun, before co-founding Gatecrasher in 1994, which became one of the most successful clubbing brands globally. His acclaimed residency at Gatecrasher earned him the title of World's Finest Resident DJ in the Mixmag Dance Music Awards. Bond has also produced music under the pseudonym Q:Dos, creating remixes and original productions that helped shape the trance sound.
Throughout his career, Bond has toured internationally with Gatecrasher and achieved a peak position of 34 in the DJ Mag poll. He later launched the REBOOTED brand, which includes both a record label and event series focused on pure trance music. His REBOOTED remixes have appeared on labels like Armada Music and Who's Afraid Of 138?!, including collaborations with artists such as Charlie Walker on reworkings of tracks like Solarstone's "3rd Earth". Notable productions from his catalogue include "Sweet Release", "Shadow", "Surrender", and remixes of "Jam & Spoon" and "Ballerina". Bond continues to be recognized as one of the pioneering figures of the trance music scene, maintaining his commitment to the harder, uplifting trance sound.
