The group was born from the idea of band member Fábio Leal (guitarist) to insert an electric guitar into the context of chamber music.
From this thought, he composed four pieces for piano, flute, guitar, cello, and violin:
I - Seresta de Câmara
II - Matraca
III - Guarânia
IV - Maracatu Urbano
Then, some time was offered to the musicians: Mariana Rodrigues, Ariane Rodrigues, Thiago Faria, and Letícia Andrade had the idea of forming a group to perform these compositions and develop a body of work from them.
Thus, the Brazú Quintê was born, with the proposal to create chamber music inspired by Brazilian rhythms, to compose more classical automatic compositions by the Brazilian singer, and to explore the essence of chamber music:
A riqueza of timbres, dynamics, and harmonias.
