HOPEX (birth name: Umut Bagdatli, born on 20 December 1998) is a Netherlands-based electronic musician and DJ.

He made his initial performances in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Performed in Lyon for over 10 thousand people and also performed at Trapped in 2019. HOPEX gave his performance at ADE in 2019 in Amsterdam.

Since 2018, Amsterdam-based producer HOPEX has released many tracks expanding to an international audience with over 500 thousand Spotify listeners and millions of streams.

Gaining support from artists such as R3HAB and LNY TNZ, HOPEX recent releases have been pulling in streams from all over the world including over 300 million views and plays on YouTube and Spotify.

His sound is electronic and bouncy with a clear inspiration from hip-hop that has been supported on a variety of playlists and video streaming services including: Trap Nation , Trap City, Showtek’s Favorites.
