In the bold music of JP López, the Medellín artist blends techno, Latin-influenced tribal, hyper-electronica, IDM, and cutting-edge dembow bass technology in both his productions and DJ sets.

Verraco is also one of the minds behind the pioneering record label TraTraTrax. In 2020, he released his debut album Grial, which was described as “taking cues from the well-known legends of this style, but making it his own with subtle details and an outsider mentality.” In the summer of 2023, he released the future classic Escándaloo EP on VOAM, which was included in the year-end lists of both Resident Advisor and Crack Magazine.

In 2024, the Colombian artist made his debut on Bristol’s renowned label Timedance with Breathe… Godspeed. The EP was unanimously praised by the press, with Pitchfork labeling it Best New Music.
