Hearts2Hearts (also known as H2H) is a 8-member girl group formed by SM Entertainment. They debuted on February 24, 2025 with their first single album "The Chase".

The group was first hinted at in September 2022 through leaked schedules referencing an unnamed girl group. SM Entertainment's 'Training Unit' later shared silhouette images of eight trainees, sparking speculation. In March 2023, a showcase featuring potential members was held, followed by posts of obscured trainee images. Four trainees, symbolized by heart emojis, attended a Japan workshop in April.

Initially planned for late 2023, the debut faced multiple delays and was eventually rescheduled to early 2025. On January 12, 2025, during SM Entertainment's 30th anniversary concert, the group's name and February debut were officially confirmed, along with the launch of their social media
