Illwill was a short-lived Swedish heavy metal band with some hints of thrash and speed. It was formed in 1997 by various and renowned musicians of the European heavy metal scene such as Swedish guitarist Andy LaRocque (former member of Death and King Diamond supporter), bassist Sharlee D'Angelo (former member of Sinergy, Mercyful Fate, Witchery, Arch Enemy, Spiritual Beggars), drummer Snowy Shaw (ex Dream Evil, King Diamond, Mercyful Fate...) and vocalist Jonas Dahlstrom (of the Judas Priest cover band called Desert Plains).

The group released a demo in 1997 called Revolution, and in 1998 they released their only full-length album entitled Evilution, although they were forced to break up after the release of this first album when LaRocque and Shaw returned with King Diamond for the recording of their album Voodoo.
