The Bausa (formerly Brødrene Bausa) consists of b.G, MAFAQ, and Phill from Bærum, and began releasing music in 2021. After just a few months, they released the hit "Mawbys," which climbed to 5th place on the charts and stayed there for almost 100 days. Over the past year, the group behind Bausa has racked up more than 30 million streams on Spotify across various projects.

Bausa already became a trademark and a source of pride for the "bærumsrussen" (graduating students from Bærum) last year, but it didn't take long before their loyal audience grew beyond the borders of Bærum. The three have already made quite a name for themselves in "russemusikk" (graduation music) before they've even been "russ" (graduating students) themselves. Today they're seen as part of the new generation of "russ" artists who many believe will carry the torch from acts like Ballinciaga and Roc Boyz, among others.
