Diana Ringo (born 8 March 1992) is a Finnish film director, composer, pianist, producer, singer, and visual artist.
Ringo was born and raised in Finland, where she began studying music in early childhood. At the age of five, her teacher, pianist Dmitry Soloviev, discovered that she had perfect pitch. She later studied piano with Janne Mertanen, a prize winner of the International Chopin Competition, and Risto Lauriala, a prize winner of the Beethoven Competition.
Ringo’s compositions are noted for blending classical and electronic elements. Her original score for the 2018 film Million Loves in Me, directed by Sampson Yuen, won Best Original Score at the Los Angeles Film Awards (LAFA) in 2020. She also composed the score for Hinge (2020), a short film by Lisa Mayo.
As a singer, Ringo released her debut single “Happy Mealz” on 17 August 2025, followed by her full-length album CYBERWOLF on 17 October 2025. The album incorporates darkwave and post-punk influences.
In addition to her music career, Ringo has gained recognition as a filmmaker. Her directorial debut, the feature film KARAntin (2021), starring Anatoliy Beliy, was released on Amazon Prime and served as an official non-English language entry for the Golden Globe Awards 2022. In 2023, she directed and released a feature film adaptation of George Orwell’s 1984, also available on Amazon Prime. Her upcoming film, The Curse of Modigliani, is scheduled for release in late 2025.
