Saigon Blue Rain is an ethereal/cold wave band from Paris, France, that was formed in September 2012 by Ophélie Lecomte and Franck Pelliccioli. The band was formerly known as Stupid Bitch Reject and released a self-titled EP in March 2013. On June 8th, 2014 the band posted on their Facebook account that "Stupid Bitch Reject becomes Saigon Blue Rain".

This duo combines its French roots with the typical wavey sounds that remind of classical post-punk/cold wave, such as The Cure or And Also The Trees, melted with elements of ethereal wave (Cocteau Twins, Autumn, The Sensualists) and dreampop (e.g. Slowdive).
