Mondial is a Romanian rock band, founded in 1966 in Bucharest. They are among the first groups in the country to make the transition from to more elaborate rock directions (psychedelic, hard rock, even progressively at a later stage). Mondial existed until the late 1970s. Over the years, changes in composition have occurred very often. Mondial went through two distinct stages of creation, the success being achieved shortly after its establishment, after several years of resounding success in the country, when a number of records are released abroad (1967-1971), a period of penumbra followed, gradually installed, from 1972 to 1979, the style diversifying in new directions, and the composition of the formation becoming more and more unstable. The songs from the first period have remained best imprinted in the public's memory: "Romance without echo" (also known by its first verse, "Love, porcelain trinket"), "Spring, So early"
