Vibes is a DJ who has been active since the late 1980s, known for his work on the UK pirate radio and rave scene. Born in Ireland, he was raised in Croydon until the age of 10, when his family relocated to Stanford-le-Hope.

Vibes held a residency at The Pirate Club and presented radio shows on several stations, including Sweet FM, Cyndicut FM, Eruption FM, Kiss FM and Fantasy FM. He also ran the pirate station Elite FM. In the 1990s, he worked as the hardcore buyer at Catapult Records in Cardiff.
