Slumber is a Swedish doom metal band formed in Stockholm in the early 2000s, known for their atmospheric, melancholic sound that blends elements of doom metal, death-doom, and ambient music. Characterized by slow, heavy riffs, haunting melodies, and introspective moods, Slumber developed a style that emphasized emotion and atmosphere over aggression, setting them apart within the Scandinavian metal scene.
