Shane Blay is the charismatic, engaging and outspoken singer / songwriter behind the heavy metal jams of Oh, Sleeper (Solid State Records), providing sweeping progressive shredding and a melodic croon that has been compared to Thrice, Brand New and similarly minded bands. He is also the former guitarist for Between The Buried And Me, a band renowned for their musicianship.
Anullaby, the first project to highlight Blay's talents as sole songwriter and frontman, expands upon the melodic interludes and esoteric heights hinted at in some of Oh, Sleeper's best tunes. The most dedicated fans who have paid attention to both of the band's albums will instantly recognize Shane's voice, playing style and gift for constructing a compelling song with a strong vocal.
