Aleste is a Chilean pop rock band from the mid-1990s, led by Alfredo Alonso (Montevideo, September 24, 1971) and Rodrigo Espinoza (Santiago, October 14, 1972), which is considered a one-hit wonder because it is remembered for its only hit "Hay un límite". Other of its songs were «Tiempo blanco», «Como la primera vez» and the ballad «Nadie como yo».

In 1995 they participated in the XXXVI version of the Viña del Mar International Song Festival. In that contest, Espinoza met the Mexican singer Yuri, who would later become his wife.

On July 30, 2010, the original line-up of the band, except Ricardo Viancos, performed a unique reunion concert at the Teletón Theater in Santiago de Chile. At dawn on February 22, 2011, Alonso and Espinoza sang «There is a limit» in Yuri's presentation at the Viña Festival 2011.
