Project: Failing Flesh is a metal band founded in Vienna, Virginia, United States in 2003, featuring former Voivod vocalist Eric Forrest. They released their third album, entitled Count Back from Ten, in 2010.

Members:
Eric Forrest – vocals (since 2003)
Kevin 131 – instruments (since 2003)
Tim Gutierrez – instruments (since 2003)

Tim and Kevin are brothers, they compose and perform all the music. When they contacted Eric Forrest he liked the music so he simply accepted to join them.
