Whiney, aka Will Hine, is a self-taught musician currently studying at the University of Manchester who at the age of 20 has achieved releases on Hospital Records, Spearhead Records and Med School Music. His infamous ‘By Your Side’ remix with regular collaborator Keeno turned heads after regular support from Friction, London Elektricity and none other than Annie Nightingale, leading to a highly sought after vinyl release. Further releases such as ‘Spaceman’ on Med School’s ‘New Blood 014′ and his remix of Franklin’s ‘Colours’ on Liquicity, have found their way to feature regularly in top artists DJ sets as well as gaining airplay on Radio 1 + 1xtra. Whiney’s energetic sets have seen him support the likes of Sigma, Marky and Etherwood in the past year and with several releases and big shows in the pipeline, it’s looking to be an exciting 2015 for the young producer.
