Available in:
Emerging from Siberia, the sounds of Marso & Gala are soaked in the frozen aesthetic of the Taiga snow forests. Marso (Alexei Manezhin) was born and raised in the city of Krasnoyarsk while Gala (Gala Kucherenko) was born in a small Taiga village in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Having met each other in 2002 they finally started creating music together in 2012, whereupon Marso’s sparse engineering and Gala’s reflective vocals found early release success with Offworld Recordings, Rotation Deep and Scientific.
