Tulio Mourão Pontes (Divinópolis, January 18, 19521), better known as Tulio Mourão, is a composer, pianist and arranger Brazilian.

Has career marked by soundtracks, which earned him the 1989 APCA (by Jorge, a Brazilian) trophy and the award for best music at the Festival de Brasília 1998 (for The Traveler). Former member of Mutantes in a similar phase of progressive rock. He has played with artists such as Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso, Mercedes Sosa, Pat Metheny, Jon Anderson. Milton Nascimento, Maria Bethania and Eugenia Melo e Castro, among other artists recorded his songs.
