Matias Aguayo (* 1973 in Santiago de Chile ) is a German - Chilean techno producer and live act .

He grew up in Cologne , he published in 1998 along with Michael Mayer under the project name Cinnamon the Maxi UOAA Shake It! label on the Ladomat 2000 . Shortly afterwards he founded with Dirk Leyers the project Closer Musik and published in the newly founded label compact . In 2004 they separated and Aguayo starts with the album Are You Really Lost a solo career. An important element of his music is the human voice, which contributes Aguayo himself as a vocalist.

As of 2006, Aguayo was one of four organizers of the Bumbumbox parties, the unannounced in public spaces of various major cities of South America took place. The music was played here by means of radio recorder in the public square. The same maker then founded the Techno label Cómeme whose focus is the pieces of South American producers.
