Artist Biography Available in: Anne Hvidsten (born 17 August 1981 in Fonnes in Nordhordland) is a Norwegian artist, singer and songwriter living in Hordaland together with her husband and daughter.
Hvidsten released debut album Need to Know (EMI 2004) in 2004, including contained singles Disconnection and Need to Know.
Since the debut album has Hvidsten participated in Eurovision (2008) with the song "A little More," released the album The Bubble Burst (2009) with the single Dreams, created the song "Heim Austrheim" and has also made numerous concert appearances.
In September 2012, the album My favorite song scheduled for release at Cosmos Music Group. The album is a bluegrass inspired pop album. The first single from the album is the title track and duet "My favorite song" Ole Reinert Berg-Olsen.
