The Rumour Said Fire is an indie/folk band formed in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2008 by frontman Jesper Lidang. On September 21st 2009, they released their 4 song EP, which was later followed up by a re-release with 2 additional songs. Although still being a new act on the Danish music scene, they have already made a name for themselves with songs like Love For The Tortured and The Balcony. On October 18th 2010, their debut album The Arrogant was released. The band consists of Christian Rindorf (Drums), Søren Lilholt (Guitar/Vocal), Jesper Lidang ( Vocal/Guitar) and Kasper Nissen (Bass)
