He finished the French horn class at the Academy of Music. Chopin in Warsaw. While still a student got a job hornist in the Symphony Orchestra of Polish Radio. At the same time he started as a pianist jazz trio lead. Reported him to the competition Old Jazz Meeting "Golden Washboard" in 1979. He won. There was spotted by Henry Majewski, who proposed Jagodzińskiemu cooperation, which was the beginning of his professional career as a pianist.
Andrzej Jagodzinski he performed with groups of Old Timers, Swing Session, String Connection (80s band by the readers of Jazz Forum) Quintessence (Birthday - jazz album of the year 1992), Big Warsaw Band, Janusz Muniaka quartet, quartet Zbigniew Namysłowski and the "fourth" John "Birdie" Wroblewski. Since 1987 he is a regular accompanist Ewa Bem.
