"Fossils" a Danish hard-hitting instrumental rockduo FOSSILS set out to create a musical expression, which cuts to the bone. The result is a hard, heavy and complex expression that is based exclusively on bass and drums. The music can be characterized as an intense up-tempo rock, which draws on elements from punk and metal. First record "Meat Rush" with producer team Q & Kned (Beta Satan, Figurines, The Malpractice and others) was released in November 2010 on Mastermind Records. FOSSILS were one of the Danish runner-up groups for the final nomination for the Nordic Music Prize in 2010. Over the years FOSSILS have established themselves as a reputable and effective liveact and have over the last two years played with Danish names like Iceage, De Høje Hæle, Thulebasen, Moonless and Cola Freaks.
