An Istanbul-based acid folk provider FAIRUZ DERIN BULUT, founded in 1996, have been playing with acquiring eclectic music components like rock, funk, dance, or folk (especially acid folk), not being tied to any tradition. Since 2001 they had recorded for their physical material, that could see the light in 2003 as their debut album "Kundante" released via a Croatian label Ada Yayincilik.

FAIRUZ DERIN BULUT have released other two album so far - "Arabesk" (2009) and "Patlantis" (2013). The current lineup are; Demir Kerem ATAY (electric guitar, electric baglama, voices), Okan YILMAZ (synthesizer, voices), Taha Rıza ÖZMEN (bass, voices), and Onur ÖZTÜRK (drums, voices).
