Amad Jamal aka Tom Bradley is a Hip Hop MC & Writer named after the talented jazz musician (no relation). His live band The Solution includes DJ's Kai Wing and Just Jay (Urban Umpires), Maaya aka Lady Dragon, Nongenetic, Colonious Funk, and Kurt Fagan. He is also a member of the private Hip Hop organization Urban Umpires alongside Prince Poetry (Organized Confusion), Marc Stretch (Foreign Legion), Grand The Visitor (Homeliss Derilex), Just Jay, Cold Showda, Turbin, Crush Delight, Frizz B & Rasta CueTip (Various Blends), Coop D'ville, and Mo Jo Swagger. In High School Amad Jamal met and began to work with Superstar Quam Allah and Defari Herut. He eventually linked with Solar Panel and DJ Khalil (who now does ghost beats for Dr. Dre) under the name Sons of Light Allah's Reflection. After college Amad hooked up with Evidence, Benny B. and Defari and released The Renaissance (ABB Records). In 2008/09 he released Barley Hanging On: The Chronicles of a Nigga like Rodney King.
