Goh-Ka, the 14th studio album from Japanese avant-garde metal pioneers Sigh, was officially released on September 4, 2026, through Peaceville Record.
Mastermind Mirai Kawashima describes the record as a deeply personal continuation of their 2022 album Shiki. Musically, it is an eclectic, progressive "sonic assault" that blends the band's signature avant-garde black metal with elements of Celtic Frost, Voivod, Black Sabbath, psychedelic rock, classical music, and horror movie soundtracks.
The title Goh-Ka carries a triple meaning: an infernal fire that scorches sinners, a world-ending conflagration at the end of time, and karma.
