We're about a year behind with this one, but for those who haven't snaffled this little gem yet here's your chance. Numbered Boka 002, this is one of Distance's earliest releases, and contains the classic 'taipan', a signature track layered with darkside dread chants, syrupy bass sludge and neatly clipped half step beats. On 'Fallen' he indulges his metal guitar fetish with a dirty riffin bassline cutting through dense droning atmospheres. Its easy to trace the roots of his more recent output for planet mu from these early efforts.
