The song "Dead Wreckoning" contains audio samples from the film American Psycho, and the song "Threading on Vermillion Deception" contains audio from the film Blade. The album was first released in 2005 and then reissued by Listenable Records in 2009 in a digipak with 2 bonus tracks.
