Elvis Is Back! er det femte studioalbumet av Elvis Presley, utgitt på RCA Victor Records i mono og stereo, LPM / LSP 2231, i april 1960. Innspillingen fant sted den 20. mars og 3 april 1960, på RCA Studio B i Nashville, Tennessee. Det var Presleys første album i ekte stereo. Det nådde nummer to på Top Pop Album lista, og er oppført, sammen med sin debut og From Elvis in Memphis, i boken 1001 album du må høre før du dør. Det ble sertifisert gull den 15. juli 1999 av Recording Industry Association of America.
