Singer, songwriter, author and entertainer, Wendy Lewis is not a foreigner of the stage.
Born in the United States, Wendy, grew up breathing the music of Chicago.
From jazz clubs Orchestra Hall she got a vast knowledge of music, ranging from blues to opera, musicals and all American music.
With an elegant voice, warm and without limits, she expressed her hopes and soul. She attended music school in America, the Juilliard School of New York, studying with Joyce Mclean and Dodi Protero.
After a few years of study she decided to leave America to expand their career abroad and quickly became an artist of international caliber in Italy, France, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary and North America.
In international jazz festivals, she has shared the stage with artists such as Earth, Wind and Fire, Al Jarreau, Maceo Parker, Dianne Reeves, Herbie Goins, Tuck and Patty and Herbie Hancock. Also she was a 'co composer and lead singer of the group Italian Jestofunk, on their new CD "Seventy Miles From Philadelphia.
In Italy she worked with Ivana Spagna, Nek, Irene Grandi, Raf, Alexia and as a soloist with Mike Francis, the group "Mystic Diversions".
