Hagen Stoll (born January 29, 1975 in Berlin), also known as Joe Rilla, is a German musician and producer from Berlin-Marzahn.

Hagen Stoll comes from the borough of Marzahn located in the eastern part of Berlin, but now living outside of Berlin. His East German origin is discussed in many of his songs. Stoll has already occurred six years in a performance sports club and was a 15-year-old East German champion in table tennis in his age group. He later trained as a plasterer. The musician has two children.

His autobiography Thus, life feels Stoll brought out in early 2013.
